What this licence means
Overseas employment promoters in Pakistan must be licensed by the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment. This licence authorises Cosmos Manpower Services to assist persons to emigrate for the purpose of employment abroad, subject to the provisions of the Emigration Ordinance, 1979 and the Emigration Rules, 1979.
The licence is not transferable. Our recruitment and processing activities, including Protector of Emigrants requirements, are carried out within this legal framework.
